The food is fantastic, particularly the seafood. Some of the best paellas I've ever eaten were in Murcia, and the range of squid, octopus, and prawn dishes the restaurants

serve is amazing. There isn't a great variety of international cuisine on offer, but when the local dishes are so mouthwatering and cheap, who needs it? Don't forget to try the tapas - it's authentic and great!
