These terms cover arandu.co.uk. They are not a software licence — that is the commercial contract or Self-hosted licence for the product.

1. This website

This site describes aranduOS for the United Kingdom: the management product, including hosted operations and Self-hosted. It is information, not the software licence.

2. The software

aranduOS is built and maintained by Mirá. Local support in the United Kingdom sits with the UK ecosystem. Use of the software is governed by the commercial contract or Self-hosted terms you enter into, not by this page.

Self-hosted means the same product on infrastructure you or a certified integrator control. It is not open source and not a promise of offline AI. When enabled, AI and outbound email use Mirá services and need a Mirá account. Free support for Self-hosted is documentation; anything further is contracted. The aranduOS brand stays on the product.

3. Liability

The site is provided as published. We correct errors when we learn of them. Nothing here creates a managed-service obligation for a Self-hosted install, nor a free support queue beyond the published documentation.
